This past weekend was a big sudoku tournament in Philadelphia. Did a walk-in registrant named Eugene Varshavsky cheat? If so, it wouldn’t be the first time

    Real puzzle champions are all about fair play, as Thomas Snyder shows here and as I have seen countless times at the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament. Kudos to him, and I hope it’s all worked out fairly.
