Bent out of shape

It’s been a while since I’ve posted a puzzle here, and it just so happens I have one handy: The handout I made for this year’s National Puzzlers’ League convention. Here are two variety crosswords of a type invented by E.R. Galli, “RightAngles.” The consensus from solvers at the puzzle con was: Hard, but fun. Have at it.
